Below are some things you need to know about us before choosing to book our services!
First and foremost, we require a deposit of $20 upfront before you can be put on schedule. Our business relies heavily on timing and we need to ensure you want that time you book with us!
If you choose to cancel the cleaning appointment and do not do so within 48 hours of appointment time, we will keep the deposit.
We offer paperless billing for your convience to pay with debit or credit, we also accept cash or check same day of service.
If requested we can provide eco friendly options for your cleaning!

We require a deposit of $20 for all first-time residential bookings. This is to ensure your spot on our schedule.
If you choose to cancel your service you must do so within 48 hours of your cleaning, or we will keep the deposit.
We require same day pay for residential properties upon completion of work.
We are not a hazardous waste cleaning company, we will not clean any home or building that has roaches, bed bugs or lice. We will not clean up bodily fluids such as blood, or vomit. There are companies who specialize in these types of cleanings, and we are not one of them.

We provide all tools used for cleanings unless previously discussed prior to cleaning.

We are equipped with liability insurance as well as workers compensation to protect your home or business. We can provide these documents upon request.
